I cancelled an order on 4/16/21 due to order not being fulfilled for a week. Fast forward to now 5/12/21, still can’t get my refund. No one picks up. When I finally get to speak to someone I get told that refund is being expedited and will get an email that day. I need my refund. Respectfully... thanks!!!!
