About 2 years ago, Tania provided excellent customer service in shipping my non-running vehicles up north. Now 2 years later we are going south and after contacting Tania again they have been shipped south. In both cases I was provided with exceptional customer service and understanding of my situation. I wish all customer service was even half as good as Tania provided. I would highly recommend Upscale to anyone.
