Shelly made sure she helped my wife and I transport or our sons car to his military base, she made sure we felt comfortable and understood the whole processes since it was our first time transporting a vehicle. Her costumer service was exceptional and she paired us with a very respectful and knowledgeable driver who was on time for both pick up and delivery. Overall we were very happy we chose Upscale and Shelly and we will be using them in the future for all our transport needs.
