I personally had an incredible experience. After dealing with various brokers and their low-balling sales tactics I decide to use Upscale Auto Transport. I was shipping a vehicle for my daughter and was assisted by Carly B. She guided me throughout the process and truthfully she was extremely kind and professional. She was patient and seemed to have mine and my daughters best interest in mind. I even had to change the transport date at the last minute and she was able to align the drivers with the new scheduled date without a problem. If the time comes where I or a friend is in need of a transport company I would definitely recommend them to use Upscale and if possible ask for Carly.
