Pros:
I was happy with my experience overall. The car was picked up on short notice and arrived with no damage within a week. The quote was exact and the best price I found. The driving company was professional.
Cons:
The contract was not sent to me before the day of pickup. I ended up sending the car without it and it was stressful to do so. Upscale was also not reachable via any number the day the car was shipped, a Saturday. All my calls went to voicemail boxes that were full. If this happened before I scheduled the pickup I would not have gone with this company, because I typically view this as a red flag. I spoke with Upscale a few days later when I got a call from them and they seemed receptive to the complaint. The car arrived 3 hours later than the driver said, so improves communication with the person receiving the car could would have been appreciated.
