I have shipped a number of cars over the years. This is the first time I've been satisfied WAY BEYOND my expectations by a car shipper. My compliments to Bert at Upscale. He was informative. Patient. And kept me fully advised with a positive attitude ALL THE TIME. And this was both before and after he was paid. As delivery approached (3 days out), Bert's driver took up communications with me. He called each day keeping me advised of his progress until his arrival. My car (Porsche 930) arrived on time and not a scratch. In person, Bert's truck driver was courteous and informative. Car was dirty but then I chose to ship by open carrier from the Port at Tacoma, Washington, to Miami, Florida. Given the distance, on time delivery is an incredible piece of work. This was a great experience start to finish. Thanks Bert!
