I originally contacted Upscale online when submitting for a quote for my auto transport. I received a quote quickly and a name and number of an Upscale representative. To my pleasure, they actually gave my the direct line for the representative Joe instead of a prerecorded menu, and Joe proceeded to very clearly and thoroughly explain the car shipping process to me. I asked for my car to be picked up between 4/12 and 4/15 with the stipulation that it had to be delivered in NC on either 4/19, 4/20, or 4/21. I received an email once my order was picked up saying estimated pickup on 4/13 and estimated delivery on 4/20. Although I was not contacted between that email and the pick up date, I received a call on 8/13 and had my car successfully and uneventfully picked up. My car arrived in Durham on 4/21, the last possible day but still when I needed it. Overall good service and I would recommend the company to anyone.
