Brian of Upscale Auto Tranport provided consistently outstanding service from the beginning to the end of my car shipment. I highly recommend him to anyone who is considering having their car shipped.

After making the mistake of initially choosing a different auto transport company even with there high ratings and reviews that let me fall through the cracks, I called Brian on a Saturday morning just a few days before I needed my car to be picked up in the Bay Area. Brian's professionalism was apparent right away. Brian promised to work his hardest over the weekend and on Monday morning to find a carrier for my car, which could have proven difficult, given the short notice that I gave him. True to his word, he called me back on Monday morning and had found a carrier to pick up my car by my cutoff date.

In contrast to the first auto transport company that I had tried to use, Brian kept me updated continually about the status of my shipment. I appreciated knowing what was going on and not having to worry about whether I would be forgotten. In addition, Brian was very friendly and courteous during our telephone calls.

My car was picked up in CA and delivered in PA by a good driver, and was even dropped off safely a bit ahead of schedule, which was perfect for me.

If you would like a positive car-shipping experience, I recommend Brian and Upscale Auto Transport enthusiastically.
