i was flooded with phone calls and emails and everyone kept saying the same thing, which made it very difficult for me to make a decision, however Jason at upscale was very detailed and explained everything precisely as to how the industry worked and why, and all the different possible scenarios and and their most likely outcome, he even emailed me a screen shot of where the drivers go to get the cars. Jason was very helpful and got the car where it needed to go in a timely manner THANK YOU JASON AND THANK YOU UPSCALE
