I transport my vehicle at least once per and year and have grown accustomed to the sneaky tactics that are so common in this industry. I decided to give Upscale a try after speaking with the rep Annette because she seemed very knowledgeable in this route and was always there when I needed her. It was great that she actually gave me her cell number so that if there were any issues that came up after hours, I could contact her. I did not need to reach her since everything went so smoothly, however, it was reassuring to know that she was there if I needed her. I am definitely going to use Upscale again and continue to ship with them! Great service and very good team!
