Horrible company, horrible operations, horrible customer service. 2 days late, 4 if I consider the verbal confirmation the day they picked up my vehicle. Never gave updates and acts irritated when I ask for and update. Doesn't pick up their phone and voicemail isn't set up so I cant leave a message. They act like their phone has a bad connection so they hang up when I can hear them fine. Then they don't pick up but respond to texts immediately. Now they are saying I need to come to them to come get my vehicle. Beware of this Auto Carrier their trucks are old too. Robert Martin from Silver Express Logistics is the broker who dispatched them. Beware of him too.
