My point of contact was John Lopez, and he was outstanding throughout the process. I have used many shipping companies before and none of them come close to the dedication John Lopez gave. He responded any time of day to answer my questions and ensure the entire process was made as smooth as possible for me. Being in the military I was frequently unavailable yet John went above and beyond to make sure the car was there the little window of time I had available.
