I came on here to make a positive review and was VERY SURPRISED with the negative reviews, because I had an amazing experience! My best friend came to this country from Israel to continue his studies. He doesn't speak much English and he can be a little difficult to deal with, so I formed as the middle man to assist him in transporting. First of all, WOW! Be ready to speak to a MILLION people when you put in your information in to receive a quote! I encountered once transport broker by the name of Angie from Universal Transport Broker. She kept it short, simple, and to the point. Every question I asked was answered promptly and efficiently. When it was time to collect the payment, she had to call my friend directly as he was the one making payment. He gave the poor girl a hard time! His English is not very well, and he can become impatient due to this....it took her almost 20 minutes just to obtain it, but she did! Very patient, polite and informative! My first transporting experience was HORRIBLE, so I was very pleased to see that every business isn't the same. She even took it a step further and made a few follow-up calls to make sure my friend new what was going on and that he was up to speed with everything. A++ !!!!
