I made the call to Universal Transport Services and spoke to Rafaela Rodriguez. She not only gave me a great deal on moving but made sure I was comfortable every step of the way as far as communication and information about who what where and how my car was going to be delivered. She would call me and email me to make sure that everything was ok and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I hope that she is still there in a few years when I move back to the east so I can do my business though her. My car showed up on time and no damaged at all.
