I put a deposit down very quick and ready to do business. then wait and wait and wait.. no confirmation of pick up date and time... two weeks passed then I started calling to get a refund of my deposit of two hundred dollars.. I still have no info or no refund! I just called again and they transfer me to a guys cell phone then I was on hold and when he came back he said he couldn't transfer me from a cell phone to the right department and that they would call me.. last week they said they would call me.. the week before they would call me..
im a tradesmen and my equipment is on that truck I am totally fucked waiting for a company to continue wasting time... I need my deposit so I can start all over with some one else.. so angry over here because its fucking up my life all ready!!

MR DEVIN HORVATH BOOKED HIS JOB WITH US AND MADE THE FIRST AVAILABLE DATE FOR P/U WAS 06/20/13. HE CANCELED ON 07/01/13. THE CANCELLATION DATE WAS WITHIN THE TIME FRAME HE CONTRACTED FOR. BY CONTRACT HE IS NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND. WE WERE NOT GIVEN THE FULL AMOUNT OF TIME TO PICK UP HIS AUTO. THANK YOU PLEASE REMOVE THIS REVIEW
