I needed my car picked up within a week and shipped to a "black out" state....Idaho =/
They did a fantastic job finding me a carrier and working within my budget! Their original quote was much less then the final amount, but that was to be expected with my time constraints. Overall, I would definitely use them again.
I was able to call and talk with dispatch (or my customer service agent) whenever I needed to.
