Rafaela was very friendly, always answered the phone or called me right back. I paid the driver the quoted amount and he didn't ask for more money. I would use this broker again but not the specific auto carrier that transported my car...auto carrier of tampa. Ask for Rafaela, she made the whole experience better because she kept in touch the whole time.
