I wanted an enclosed carrier for moving my vehicle from San Antonio to San Francisco. I called them on Tuesday and confirmed the order on Tuesday afternoon. I requested for an expedited pick up- which was promised to me in 3 to 5 days for a $100 extra. The pick up was done in 3 days.
The driver was knowledgeable and careful with the vehicle. The drop had to be done a couple of miles from my place of say in San Francisco because the truck was too big to fit. The driver told me he would arrive on Sunday night and he arrived Sunday evening- gave me a call an hour before arriving.
Overall a very decent experience and I would use them again if i need to transport vehicles.
