Had problems shipping my vehicle with another company before trying Universal Transport. Contacted them, sent them my deposit, didn't hear back from them for a couple of weeks. When I initiated contact, I was told that they couldn't do anything for me because I was "double-booked".

I never received a contract upfront, I had to literally ask to see one. When I did receive the contract, I read through it and decided that it wasn't something that I would put my signature on (you literally give up all of your rights if you sign it!) The contract also stipulates that if you decide to file a credit card chargeback, that you automatically lose your deposit. SERIOUSLY!

All Universal Transport does is find a way to keep your deposit, regardless. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

P.S., Rose told me that she would put me in for a refund but it never happened. Be prepared to hear about how the "Billing Department" handles all of this LOL.
