The worst Transport Broker.. Please avoid this

First when I talk to Phil he was very receptive and answer the phone all the time. I payed for the deposit of $150 on 5th March 2013 Tuesday afternoon for the Quote $800 amount.The pick up date was 15th March 2013 and I need to pay the $650 cash to the driver on receiving the vehicle. I tried to followup on my pickup Phil connected to Sandy and Chris. But these two guys never tried to pick the call. I almost made 100 calls and sent e-mails to sandy and customer care, but no use. On 25th March 2013 I got mail from Sandy saying the driver is ready to pick the car but the price was $975. I said I was told to $650 not for $975. Driver called me before pickup and said the $975 but I said it's $650 as per my contract with universal transport. After that driver told me that he will come in 1 hour to pick the vehicle but I clearly informed to the driver that I will pay $650 cash on the delivery day. He did not said any thing and picked the vehicle from AR on 25th March 2013 afternoon and said will deliver on Friday 29th March 2013. Driver called me before the delivery day 28th March 2013 and demanded for $975 if not he will not deliver it. I tried to reach Sandy and Chris so called dispatch team they were not at all responding to me, more over they were saying the initial amount $800 was just an estimated amount.But i did not agreed for $975 when driver called me for pickup of my car.I clearly told to diver about $650 and the driver did not said anything and came to pick the vehicle, so I was thinking he was ready for $650. Without my agree for $975 how come my car was picked up. They are threatening that my car won't deliver. I tried to reach Sandy, Phil and Chris but it's waste of calls all my calls went to voice mail.I am not ready to pay the amount demanded by driver.
I have all my mails and copies of agreement with me I am going file a complaint to DOT against these transport company.

Please be aware of these MyUniversalTransport company............................ Go for others who Quote more and do the good business and loyal to customers but not this one......
