LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES FROM UNIVERSAL TRANSPORT!!!!!!!!!!!

1. ORDERED ON SUNDAY MARCH 10TH PHIL TOLD ME CAR TO BE PICKED UP IN 2 TO 3 DAYS, AND 5 DAYS FOR TRANSPORT. I WAITED TILL THE 20TH AND NOTHING. REFUND SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN BY 3/25/13 NOTHING YET. I CALLED TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY SAID THEY UNDER QUOTED ME AT IT WAS GOING TO BE $400 MORE. I ASKED FOR A REFUND SINCE THEY COULD NOT DO WHAT WAS PROMISED,THEY AGREED. AND AFTER THAT THEY WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALLS TILL I PUT A COMMENT HERE. AND WITH IN 30 MIN THE "OWNER" CALLED ME BACK. AND ASKED ME TO TAKE THE POST DOWN THAT HE WAS GOING TO ISSUE A REFUND AFTER I TAKE THE POST DOWN, I TOLD HIM THAT AFTER THE REFUND WAS ISSUED I WOULD REVISE IT. IN ME SAYING "OWNER" IS BECAUSE HE SAID HE WAS A PARTNER IN THE COMPANY WHICH A PARTNER IS A OWNER.

2. AFTER THE "OWNER" CALLED ME, CHRIS AT EXTENSION 2,3 AND 803 YELLING AT ME AND CALLING ME A LAIR BECAUSE THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE ME THE REFUND. I TOLD HIM YOU PROMISED IT BY 3/25 AND WE WERE ALREADY 3/27 AND THEY DID NOT ISSUE IT, AND AT THAT POINT WOULD NOT ANSWER MY CALLS, RETURN EMAILS.

3. AFTER THAT I RECEIVED A EMAIL FROM THIS SITE STATING
"This email is to let you know your review was removed from our site at www.transportreviews.com. The reason for removal is that Universal Transport LLC is unable to locate your order and has no way of proving that you are a customer of theirs."

SO I SEND THEM THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AND THE SIGNED CONTRACT AND REPOSED, AND UNIVERSAL TRANSPORT WOULD AGAIN SAY I WAS NOT A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS. THIS WAS DONE A TOTAL OF 6 TIMES BEFORE WE WERE ABLE TO GET THIS POST LOCKED.

Wow nice story but far from the truth. The only reason your reviews were ever removed is because you cannot post more than one review for the same order read Transport Reviews policy. Also, you were double brokered which led to delays and you breached our contract in the process. You cannot make your own terms and conditions as you go. Sorry it does not work that way. Our team try to help you as much as possible and for the record you never spoke to the owner. We also understand you have been compensated by another company to leave this review. Would you care to disclose who paid you to leave this review?"

5. I CONTACTED THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE OF THIS SITE, AND THEY SAW THAT UNIVERSAL TRANSPORT LLC CLAIMED 6 TIMES THAT I WAS NOT THERE CUSTOMER AND GAVE ME OPPORTUNITY TO CLARITY WHAT UNIVERSAL TRANSPORT IS TRYING TO DO TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK GOOD.

6. MY CAR IS STILL SITTING IN NEW JERSEY WAITING TO BE PICKED UP. SO I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY SAY I DOUBLE BOOKED. STARTING APRIL 1ST I WILL BE CHARGED $20 PER DAY FOR DEALERSHIP TO KEEP MY CAR ON THERE LOT. THIS WAS ALL CAUSED BY UNIVERSAL TRANSPORT GIVING ME AND A LOT OF PEOPLE THE RUN AROUND!!!!

*********Wow nice story but far from the truth. The only reason your reviews were ever removed is because you cannot post more than one review for the same order read TransportReviews policy. Also, you were double brokered which led to delays and you breached our contract in the process. You also lied to us that your vehicle was already picked up. We have a screenshot of the Double Brokered and everything has been documented. You cannot make your own terms and conditions as you go. Sorry it does not work that way. Our team try to help you as much as possible and for the record you never spoke to the owner. We also understand you have been compensated by another company to leave this review.
