LISTEN LISTEN LISTEN! Do not use this company, no matter how low the price is to ship your vehicle. We have been waiting on the pickup of our truck from SC to WA since 15 Feb 2013. They were very responsive in the beginning, but after they received the $205 deposit. All communication ceased! I've been calling Chris Newbury for days on end, with no response. Some chic name Monica left a message after a gazillion emails and messages, that they were waiting on the driver and keep in mind this was last week (week 25 Feb 2013) and still no follow-up response.

At this point all I want is my deposit back since services were not performed. Again, you may have seen some good comments on here, but please if you are going from one coast to the other, DO NOT trust these people. In the end its best to pay the higher price with a reputable company to ensure these kinds of things will not happen to you.

We did our best being that she was on a schedule time frame for pick and when shipping it best to be flexable, She called us last minute. When shipping accross the country transport should be set up 3 weeks ahead of time not 2 days. Thank you!
