I was unable to reach my first broker who had not given me any paperwork on the move of my mom's car from Florida to L.A. I was scheduled to be on a plane the next day. I called Mark at U.S. Transport. He had a truck for me in five minutes and paperwork to me within ten. The truck arrived three hours after I arrived in Florida and the move went off without a hitch. The car was delivered in exactly seven days. I'm pleased all around.
