Mark Was great. He was very honest and knowledgeable of the transportation industry. I had a specific amount of money I wanted to spend and Mark made sure we stayed in budget. As the days grew closer I, being the worry bug I am became concern but Mark assured me he would find a driver on time. I even offered to bump up my price $50 more and Mark said he didn't feel that was necessary and he was right.

We did have a company cancel at last minute but Marked assured that we still had enough time and surely 10 minutes after that conversation he had another company and driver willing to pick up my car the next day.

I Can truly say that Mark was available whenever I needed him. One thing to say is that the companies that agree to take your car sometimes aren't as detailed oriented or may not have the answer you want but any time I felt I needed to involve Mark he made sure he took care of whatever the issue was.

I can say that the driver that picked up my car was always willing to speak to me and gave me updates.

My car arrived on time, a bit dirty but that's what happens when you have your car delivered in an open carrier.

Mark is the broker you want to work with. Many others are money hungry an could care less about you.
