Avoid United States Auto Shipping INC at ALL cost.
I hired them to transport my car from FL to CA. They quoted me 850 bucks for an enclosed trailer. The day the car was supposed to be picked up I called them to find out when this was happening as I didn’t hear from anyone. Rodger Williams said the truck had a broken axle and a new truck must be hired and the price was 1900.00. I told him BS, just refund me the 250.00 deposit I paid. He said immediately (and just as quickly provided me the paragraph of their contract…clearly they do this all the time) saying they didn’t have to refund my deposit if the trucks changed nor were they responsible for a price increase. Of coarse they didn’t have to (and couldn’t) prove the truck was broken. I only had their word to go off of.
Classic bait and switch by this company and Rodger William. AVOID at all cost!!
