Christie at United Routes, LLC provided such exceptional service! I will definitely know who to call the next time I need my vehicle transported over long distances and will recommend this company to my family and friends. When I first started researching companies and how to ship my car I was truly concerned about being scammed or having my car altogether stolen. I can't tell you how many times Christie eased my troubled thoughts and fears over the course of two weeks even after I had done extensive research to choose the right company to work with. I appreciated that Christie always picked up my calls or returned my calls promptly while being super courteous at the same time, EVERY time. If she didn't know what had happened she would get to the bottom of it for you. I'm absolutely sure she carries her phone with her everywhere and you can call her at any time. United Routes even gave me the price $900 after quoting me $975 originally via their Price Match Guarantee. With all that said, my car was a day late and when I got it was dirty from all the weather of going across the country, but these things will happen. Overall I am a satisfied customer and want to thank Christie again for "holding my hand throughout the whole process."
