I think I should clear up a few things related to my previous review. David and United Routes were NOT the problem !! It was the company they contracted with to haul my limo who created the troubles. I originally went with United because of their location and good review history. David was helpful until the hauling company showed up at the shipping point. He had no way of knowing the type of truck that would be used other than it was an enclosed trailer.
I think that United should be better aware of the type of equipment they send out for transport services. The loading of the limo was easy because the guy I bought it from figured out how to get the car loaded into the trailer without any damage. The driver was, shall we say, pretty clueless. In any event, if I need to have additional vehicles moved from FL to CA, I MIGHT try United again.
