I think on a whole that this auto transporter was excellent. My car was picked up late but that was ok because the driver told me he would be late. He still had my car in AZ by the first day promised. I have given him a window of 4 days. The driver was a good communicator. I have a issue with the moving industry in general. It is a stressful thing to move and they don't call you to confirm and you always have to call them. I was worried that my car would not get picked up and would not get to AZ by the time I arrived a few days later. I was assured by David all would be fine and he was right it was. I would highly recommend United Routes and I would definitely use them again. The bonus was they had a good price. They weren't the lowest but the price was very good.
