From their quote to delivery of the vehicle, United Routes demonstrated promptness, excellent customer service & diligent communication.

Their quote was the lowest I received and was initially skeptical if there are any gotchas in their service. I had several conversations with David - the person who coordinated my car transportation. He was always patient in answering my questions and assuring me of the quickest possible move. I needed a late pickup to avoid renting a car, he ensured that my requested pick-up time was met.

Scott, the driver arrived dot on time to pickup the vehicle at my doorstep and was very courteous. Both he and David kept me in the loop constantly on the status and the drop off. And true to their promise, the car was delivered to me in perfect shape in 6 days! I checked with my friends - they had paid more and their mover had taken 12 - 14 days for a coast-to-coast move.

I am a fan of their service and will do business with them again. Needless to say, I will recommend my friends to go to them.
