I read many horror stories before selecting United Routes to take my BMW convertible across the country. It seemed as though everyone had MIA drivers and people not returning phone calls.

Jake and Carey at United Routes were great to deal with and American Auto Transport was proactive and professional. My driver Steve had me meet him in a parking lot which was a little, annoying, but understandable.

The dispatcher called me Wednesday with an update and the driver called Friday saying he would be there on Saturday...two days early. This would normally be great but I was still driving across the country and had coordinated for someone to meet him on Sunday or Monday. Assumed if anything he would be late.

I was in a bind trying to figure out how to get someone to meet him (I only know one person in our new town) and not sure what to do. I called United on a Saturday afternoon and Carey stepped right in and called the driver to see what he could do to delay his progress.

Thankfully, my brother was able to meet the driver late Saturday and all was well.

Very greatful that shipping my car was the least of my stressors on a cross country move.
