Order was booked on 12-29, however, was not activated until 1-3 after origin confirmed vehicle was paid for and ready for pick up...At time of booking customer was informed our average (estimated) time from was 1-7 business days to get order assigned to a carrier.
1-7 Customer Called for status on order
1-10 Customer Service contacted customer with update, still actively looking for a carrier
1-13 Customer Service contacted customer - again letting him know we were working on getting carrier assigned.
1-14 Carrier was assigned, customer was contacted with Estimated pick up and delivery dates...
Carrier spent several days with origin trying to arrange a pick up with them, they agreed to 1-18
Vehicle was picked up and delivered on 1-20 - We regret to hear that the customer was unhappy with our service, we always stress the time frames are estimated.
