I thought United Road did an excellent job of transporting my car. I bought a classic 1973 BMW and was nervous about getting it transported from Florida to Texas. I checked with several companies recommended on the eBay website, but the only one I really liked was United Road. The person I first dealt with, Michelle Hutchinson, was the person I dealt with right up through when the car was delivered. She even emailed me after we received the car to make sure we were happy with the delivery. She gave me daily reports about the status of the car and was just unbelievably helpful and responsive. Whenever I wanted to get in touch with her to check on where the car was, I could always get her immediately. And the car arrived in excellent condition on the day it was supposed to arrive. All in all, an excellent experience.
