Lack of Communication

I was the one who did most of the communication and although I did get allot of appologies from them, the communication problems continued until delivery. Their excuses were: It is taking longer because of your area, it is costlier than we expected (they did say that they absorbed that), and they said they were short handed. I received extremely good communication from their shipper, Massey Transport and if I ever do this in the future will contact Massey directily instead of going through United.

I will admit this positive, however. They were always pleasant on the phone and very appologetic.
