Unpleasant driver soiled vehicle interior

I scheduled a transport with United Road which was referred by Ebay, for a vehicle I purchsed thru Ebay, from the seller who was in Massachusettes to be delivered to my home in New Jersey. The driver did not call ahead to the seller allowing him enough time on the scheduled pickup date only giving him a 15 min notice and when he arrived to the pickup location, he was unpleasant with the seller and didn't seem competent enough to load the car onto the transport truck. The transport travel time should have been approximately 4 hours, but the vehicle didn't arrive to me until approximately 12 hours later, which turned out to be the next day. When the vehicle arrived at my home, the driver seemed unpleasant. I jokingly asked where the vehicle was overnight and his reply was that he didn't know, even though he stated he was the one who picked it up. When I got into the car, the driver pulled away, which is when I noticed a very deep black grease stain left in the driver's side carpet, not the floor mat. The stain appeared to be in the carpet so deep that it might be uncleanable making the newer carpet damaged. I really wish that United Road gets better drivers for the job before they ruin the company's reputation, also the drivers should put paper type floormat protectors in the vehicle which might prevent any further damages.
