We used United Road Services to transport a car from NJ to FL. When we arrived to pick up car in FL, I noticed immediately two large scratches on front hood of car. We immediately submitted a claim, followed their instructions by submitting an estimate to repair the damage (from local dealership) and photos of the damage. We also had a new diagram, signed by the driver, of the new scratches on the front hood. United Road Services denied our claim. We will not use this service for our future car transports.
