United Road was professional and very upfront. Both my wife and I were concerned after getting hit with several e mails and quotes (we put an on line bid) for services by several "brokers" After investigating we saw several "horror stories" and we then investiated the carriers. Of course, United Road came out highly recommended. We arranged for a pick up and asked that the pick up be adequate for delivery by the 14th of January. United Road said they could have someone pick up the vehicle on or about the 4th of January and it would be there the 13th or 14th. No guarantees, and with all the caveats of weather, etc. Well, we booked the open carrier and sure enough the pick up occurred on the 4th and they called the day before and in fact were early. The delivery went even better. They got there on the 10th and the car was in perfect condition.
United is not the cheapest but it was well worth the extra for the piece of mind.
