I contracted United Road to transport a vehicle from a dealership in Houston TX to my home in Cincinnati OH (~1050 miles). Very professional service, no hidden charges. This is the first time I have used a shipper, and I would not hesitate to use United Road again. The vehicle was originally scheduled for Thursday pick-up, Monday delivery, but actually arrived on Saturday. I received noticeof this change on Friday evening, and regular updates afterwards as I requested. The local shipper was courteous and helpful in arranging a local pick-up, and was a pleasure to deal with.
