This company and it's associates boast of being a professional company to move your vehicle, that was the first lie. They stated we will get your vehicle to you on time. I told them it would be available on Tuesday the 31st of August and I needed it to arrive by the 9th of September. No problem Randy said. We just need to verify the drivers are reputable and clear with the DOT to transport you vehicle. Who is ensurring that the people (SCUM LYING BROKERS) you talk to on the phone have been checked out before they start lying to you. They say anything to get you business, the call you daily just bugging the shit out of you before you sign with any of them then it takes an act of GOD to get one of them to call you back. They sit there screening their phones looking at the number deciding whether they will answer or not. I called every extention in the sales dept trying to get through. Another individual who will rmain nameless said, call them leave a message that you are responding to a quote they sent you and they will call you right back. Sure enough I left a meassage for a female at extention 206 which is one off from that dirt bag Randys, she called back in 5 minutes. I told he they still hadn't picked up my truck and of course she wanted to send me to the dispatcher Evelyn I been waiting to call me back since Thursday with the drivers information. I told her I needed to speak to a supervisor and she says she'll have Conrad in customer service whom I'd already left a message for give me a call back in just a few minutes. THAT TOO WAS A LIE. This was at 8:45am 9/6/2011. I called him back as 9:38 a.m. left another message still no return call. They don't even have the deceny to release my vehicle from the national bidders board so I can have some else try and move it, what a bunch of lying loosers. If you get a quote from UNITED AUTO LOGISTICS GROUP delete it without reading. It's simply a bunch of lies any way. I need this F-350 Super Duty to earn a living. They lied and will try and beat me out of $150 dollars vs. do the job they quoted and get paid the $1,350. we agreeded upon.

What a bunch of lying loosers.
