Dear Lindsey,
We are very apologetic that we were unable to assist you with the shipment of your car. We did have the driver assigned for you on the Express Service; however, he did run into mechanical issues. This does happen from time to time in the auto shipping industry. We offered you a refund which was already processed. You should see the credit on your card within the next few business days. It’s unfortunate that our driver had to cancel, but we are pleased that you found another solution and were able to have your car picked up.
