never ever go with this carrier

I submitted my order form to them may 26th. they told me that my car would be picked up in 3-5 days. so i waited and got there phone calls every week telling me that they still havent found a carrier that will be in the area. i kept giving them time and kept thinking that oh today theyll call and say they picked it up, this is after not having a car for about a month. so one of their employees callled and told me they have a service that if you pay an extra $150 theyll have it picked up in 72hrs. 72hrs later they call me and say the truck broke down and they will not be able to pick the car up at all. frustrated because it had been about a month i told them well i payed extra for you to pick it up, so you should have to. they tell me they cant and are going to refund my money and still havent. so the employee puts someone else on the phone and the lady is yelling at me. i say excuse me why are you raising your voice at me when i should be the one yelling at you. she tells me thats just how she talks. lol now im going with transport services and they picked up my car the day after talking to them. well i will never use ufa again and hope no one else will either after they read this.

Dear Lindsey, We are very apologetic that we were unable to assist you with the shipment of your car. We did have the driver assigned for you on the Express Service; however, he did run into mechanical issues. This does happen from time to time in the auto shipping industry. We offered you a refund which was already processed. You should see the credit on your card within the next few business days. It’s unfortunate that our driver had to cancel, but we are pleased that you found another solution and were able to have your car picked up. Sincerely, United Freight of America
