The quality of service and promptness of UFA was outstanding. I have never done this before and Jessica guided me through the process professionally and with clarity with regards to my expectations. The order process was simple to complete including the payment, which was guaranteed to be accurate and not increase. UFA was true to their word from start to finish.

Pick up of the vehicle was quick and so was delivery to the final destination. Regular updates were provided both from UFA and the driver, clearly indicating status and final arrival time for pick up. There was zero damage to the vehicle, everyone invloved was pleasant and professional.

I would highly recommend using this company for all my transportaion requirements in the future for both myself and my co workers.
