The car was picked up and delivered on time as promised. Driver Mike, of White Hawks Auto, was punctual of time. This was our first ever experience of shipping a vehicle. I think the broker fee $195 to assign a driver seems high compared to $780 paid to the driver for hauling the car 2,500 miles from Michigan to California. Although our car did not get any damage, I would recommend the driver carries a polaroid camera to take the car's pictures at pickup time and the pictures be signed by the driver and the customer. The signed pictures should be given to the customer. This would help in resolving any new dents or scratches during transport.
