Gladys arranged it and told us that the transporter is going to communicate with us a few days after I booked with UFA. Approximately 4-5 days before pick up date, Mike Brown from Gemmell transport contacted me giving an approximate time that he will be picking up my car. He called a few minutes of his arrival and he was right on time. It was a "no sweat transaction". Car was promised to be delivered after 3 days and again it was right on time. As previously arranged, I deposited the balance payment as soon as we arrived in TX which was a day after the car was delivered. There was no demand whatsoever that they receive the balance as soon as possible because he knew that we were also on the road, driving from CA to TX. Mike and his wife had constantly communicated with us, keeping us posted on where they were during the transport. I am very very pleased with UFA and Gemmell transport service. It is not often that you get this very prompt moving service. Kudos to all of you! Keep up the excellent service! Oh and by the way, the price was very reasonable too.- Hazel
