During the phone conversation with Jessica, I was told that my car could be picked up on Oct. 21, 24 or 25. When I got email to be told that the car would be picked up on Oct. 26, I was a little concern. But the driver came on Oct. 25 and I got my car on Oct. 29 on time. Overall, I think I had a good experience with UFA, and Jessica was very helpful.
