My entire contact from start (placing the order) to finish (car arrival) was flawless. The contact rep I worked with at UFA, Jessica, was very nice and forthcoming with answers to all my questions. Everything she communicated to me happened. She provided me with every piece of information, verbally and electronically, in order for me to feel comfortable about the transport of my vehicle. Even after I informed her that the vehicle was inoperable, she was never negative in letting me know what I can expect. Once I spoke with the driver, he was the same way. Jose Torres confirmed they had arrived nearby and would call me when they were within an hour away, which he did. He then called me when he was within 15 mins away. And he and his riding partner, also Jose, placed the car just as I asked. I could not have scripted a more flawless execution of this transport order. Thank you, Jessica N. and UFA!
