We search for transporter and made many phone call and inquiries before choosing UFA. They were always prompt at returning calls and answering questions. We were told the car would be picked up on July 14th and the 12 they called and said they would be their in the morning which put us in a panic being the car was not even at that the pickup location yet and had to get it there a day earlier. Driver seem put off that there would not be anyone for drop off for 7 days which was always the date of delivery. So 20 days after pick up the car was delivery, costing us 13 days of rental car fee's. The car was in the same condition as picked up. So adding the rental car fee's along with the transport fee's we could have shipped it expedited in a covered transport and had it there when we needed it. So great customer service crummy delivery time.
