When I was getting ready to transport my Land Rover, Mark and I spoke many times while I was shopping, in the end it actually came down to timing as to which carrier got to transport my vehicle, Mark and I missed each other, and through no fault of his, I ended up using another transport company. But let me tell you that this man even after I hired someone else stayed in contact with me to make sure that everything went well for me, he was friendly and informative about everything that goes on behind the scenes in the auto transport business. He definitely cares about the people he contacts on a day to day basis, and if I should need to move another vehicle, I will call Mark Sparks of United Car Transport.
