Very satisfied. I had always dealt with carriers directly on flat bed heavy equipment loads and was surprised to learn this was all but impossible to do with auto transport and in most cases you had to use brokers. Roman went the distance to actively seek carriers to haul my truck and was very honest and good to work with. No B.S. Good communication. Worked hard for me and had a good attitude....can't ask for any more than that.
