I telephoned United Car Transport in October, 2010 to transport my two cars from New York
to Florida for December, 2010. Johan immediately e-mailed me a contract which I signed and
faxed back to him. He requested $99.00 for each car. I used a credit card over the
telephone for payment. He notified me by e-mail that my carrier would be Reliable Auto Trans., Giovanni Pino, who charged me $600.00 per car upon delivery. My cars were deliverd immediately after I arrived at my home in Florida.
I was very satisfied the way everything was handled by my broker, Johan, at United Car
Transport. and by Reliable Auto Trans., my carrier.
