It appears I made a mistake and titled my initial review incorrectly. The intent of this review is to ensure the correct company is identified so that no one else gets taken in by them.
The CORRECT company is UNITED CAR TRANSPORT, 430 South Dixie Hwy, Hollywood, FL 33020, phone 888-440-6716.
This company was contracted to move 2 cars round trip. The contracted price for the first move apparently was insufficient to attract a driver so they contacted me and asked for more money - even though we had a contract. A $100 gratuity was offered - almost immediately a new contract came back including the 'gratuity' in the contracted price. The cars were ultimately delivered on time.
When it came time to pick up the cars for the return trip they totally ignored the contract and simply never showed. I contacted them and they could have cared less....they never did anything. The cars sat for several days until a reputable company was contracted to return the cars.
UNITED CAR TRANSPORT HAS NO INTEGRITY - AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!!!!!
