We were in a big jam. The company (starrrelocations) failed to pick our car up on time and we had 1 day left before we had to leave New Jersey. We are in the military so it was impossible to stay any longer. We then called United Car Transport and 2 hours later our car was picked up and ready to be shipped. It took 24 hours for us to get our vehicle. The Customer Service was great. If ever I need another vehicle shipped United Car Transport will be my first choice and it should be yours as well.
